Terms and Conditions for Training Courses

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your enrollment and participation in training courses offered by Landstack Advisory Services Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) through our website www.landstack.org. By registering for a course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your enrollment.
Eligibility
By enrolling in our training courses, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or have obtained parental or guardian consent if under 18. You also confirm that the information you provide during registration is accurate and complete.
Enrollment and Payment
Enrollment is considered complete only after full payment of the course fee. Fees must be paid through the payment methods specified on our website. The Company reserves the right to change course fees at any time; however, such changes will not affect enrollments already completed.
Cancellations and Refunds
Course Cancellation Rights
Once a participant has enrolled and the payment has been processed, refunds will not be issued at the request of the participant.
Cancellations or Postponements by the Company
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any Course due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to insufficient enrollment, trainer unavailability, or technical issues. In such cases, you will be offered either:

A full refund to be processed in 30 days, or

The option to transfer to another scheduled Course of equal value.
Course Materials and Intellectual Property
All course materials, including presentations, documents, recordings, and digital content, are the intellectual property of the Company or its trainers. By enrolling, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials solely for personal learning purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, or use these materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the Company.
Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward trainers and fellow learners. Any form of misconduct, disruption, or violation of course rules may result in suspension or removal from the course without a refund.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide high-quality training, the Company does not guarantee specific results or outcomes from participation in any course. Our liability is limited to the amount of course fees paid. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation.
Privacy
Your personal information collected during enrollment will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website. By enrolling, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein. We may collect personal details such as your name, email address, phone number, and account details when you register, make an inquiry, or enroll in a course.
